Troubleshooting Tips
Converting from Google Slides to PowerPoint is straightforward, but there are a few things to keep an eye on. Here are some common issues you might encounter and how to address them:
- Double-check any images, videos, or audio files in your presentation. Test their functionality in presenter mode to ensure they display and play correctly.
- Certain animations may not transfer perfectly during the conversion. Be sure to review and adjust any animations after importing your file into PowerPoint.
- While many fonts used in Google Slides are also available in PowerPoint, this can vary depending on the version of PowerPoint you’re using (e.g., PowerPoint 2019 vs. Microsoft 365). Check the fonts throughout your presentation to ensure consistency.
- Review your slides for any alignment or spacing issues and make adjustments as needed.
