Unemployment Continuation Policy

PowerTools recognizes that career transitions are a natural part of professional life and is committed to supporting our users during periods of unemployment. If you are a paying customer who becomes unemployed due to job termination or layoff, you may be eligible for our Continuation Program, subject to the following terms:

a) Eligibility: You must have been a paying customer for at least 30 days prior to the termination of your employment and must provide reasonable documentation of your employment termination.

b) Duration: Upon approval, PowerTools will extend your existing license for up to six (6) months from the date of unemployment or until you secure new employment, whichever comes first.

c) Program Benefits: During the continuation period, you will maintain full access to all features of your existing license at no additional cost.

d) Notification Requirements: You must notify PowerTools within 30 days of securing new employment.

e) Verification: PowerTools reserves the right to periodically verify your employment status and may request supporting documentation.

This program is offered at PowerTools’ discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time, provided that any active continuation periods will be honored through their original term.
